The management rushed to save on everything, and got to my area of ​​​​responsibility. They want to calculate the cost of refueling at an individual entrepreneur for a year and transfer this matter to me. Of course, I don’t want to do this, because a) my health is more expensive, b) this is far from the occupation that I dreamed of doing at work.
In total there are about 30 devices, from small to large, cartridges - 80A, 78A(728), 70A, D205L.
There are no premises (conditions) (although some kind of trailer may be provided), we are in the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug (hence, the delivery of consumables is only from Moscow), they will also send horseradish to study this business.
For the time being, it is not possible to explain that we save an amount equal to 40tyr only on a ten-time refill of D205L cartridges at an individual entrepreneur (refilling / restoring 10 times costs 9tyr, 10 new cartridges cost 50tyr), it does not work yet.

Excuse me, but what is the argument then? Do they want to get them for free? Let them fill out the documents with a pen and pencil.
To refuel with the admin's means ... Well, I don't know, to be honest, I myself refueled 2 times. Firstly, you are in this shit from head to toe. Hands and face are not washed. In addition, if you do not equip a normal place for these purposes, then the whole office will be in the "blunders" of the toner.
Given the cost of refueling from tankers, the authorities do not have so much money in order to motivate me to these adventures.

Secondly, a refilled cartridge loses its service life on its own, it starts to "dry" faster, the print contrast worsens (the presence of a gray background), and the appearance of artifacts on the sheet. Somehow I ran a home printer - it seems to print, but worse, I don’t know what I did wrong, the main thing is that it prints at all.

Well, I refilled the cartridges at my last job. And he closed all other admin issues - computers, servers, mail, Internet, telephony ... For an adequate salary and working conditions, of course.
