Do you recommend an advertising agency to work with Google AdWords?

I have an online store, I want to promote it through Google ads. Can anyone tell me who has good experience working with advertising agencies. What agency can you recommend? I am looking for conscientious people who will really help to make a good advertising company.
PS: I have already worked with some people, as a result, a big waste of money and few orders.

I understand that self-promotion may not inspire due confidence, but:
I recommend myself if working with a freelancer is suitable. Many years of experience, certificates.
If you need a legal entity - then the agency in which I work.
