How to contact Adwords support during Covid?

Impressions fell, I can’t find the reason, I call the TP number, enter my office number - we are not working covid .... how so ???? now there is no way to resolve the issue with a living person? what options? Does everyone have it?
Correspondence by email, as I understand it, is possible, but this will be decided for months, left a request yesterday, no one has answered yet.
