Do you need to know C# as a javascript developer?
I want to work on enterprise C#, but for this I need to get a job as a junior. And as many people write, in most cases, juniors are taken to asp.net, and for it, in turn, you need to know javascript. The question is, can I avoid working with javascript while working in enterprise C#? Or will I sooner or later have to work with ASP.NET and, as a result, with javascript in order to become a good C# programmer?

Seems like this question has been asked several times recently.
If you are going to make a frontend, then you will need js anyway.
In its purest form, asp has nothing to do with the frontend, but it has extensions in the form of Blazor and MVC, which are just responsible for the front.
IMHO: the saying "to be afraid of wolves - do not go into the forest" is ideal here.
Now almost all products are connected in one way or another with the Internet, which means with websites and js.
JavaScript itself is a very simple language and should not be feared, especially when it comes to TypeScript.
If you basically don’t want to write in js, but want to write only in C#, then pay attention to game development with Unity and desktop/mobile development with WPF, Winforms, Xamarin, MAUI, UNO, Avalonia
