Do you need software redundancy if you have RAID 1?

Let's say we store a lot of WinRar archives with a redundancy of 10% (software, recovery data).
And we store all these archives on RAID 1.
Does WinRar have a 10% redundancy or RAID 1 in this case is already completely enough?
Taking into account that backups of these files will be in 3 places anyway

There is not much redundancy. If you can, keep

The archive can break even without disk errors.

Even RAID1 can be hit by lightning... then nothing will make sense if there is no backup in the safe ))

None of the known types of RAID technology (except perhaps only RAIDZ under certain conditions) does not guarantee the integrity and safety of data.
