Why does the system require a large swap file?
Greetings! Installed a clean windows 10 pro, installed several programs aida, ccleaner. After a couple of days, I noticed that about 50-60 gb was missing, I could not understand what was the matter until I found pagefile.sys which weighs 57gb, I looked at the virtual memory value that was set to 57 gb at the system's choice, why so much and why ???
Guessing, maybe it's because of 32gb ram?

it may be because of your programs - understand them. someone used a hell of a lot of memory.
The size of the paging file is set by the operating system during installation according to a preset like ~1.8 of the amount of RAM. There are no other reasons, no other considerations are involved in this.
I recommend changing the swap file size settings as follows:
