Do you need LAN shielding at home?

Good afternoon. I asked myself the question, is it worth shielding the LAN at home? While the apartment is being repaired, the electrical wiring has not yet been laid, I plan to lay out the power and information network. Naturally, there will be some interference, naturally there will be losses in both networks (after all, they still mutually influence each other). I would like to avoid big losses, but as far as I know, the shielded elements of the SCS have not been properly brought up to the standards for a very many years. So I want to consult with the locals, maybe someone has already designed it and knows how to implement it normally?

My answer is no need. An apartment is still not an x-ray room or a welding shop. It is enough to separate the power lines and LAN lines by 20 ... 30 centimeters with parallel laying.
I had a chance to lay a shielded twisted pair cable (we did not buy it, we received a roll of 305 meters as a gift) - we realized that it is justified only where there is real trouble from pickups. In ordinary simple room conditions, it does not give any benefit, but it guarantees problems - both because of the greater rigidity of the cable, and the fuss with the conclusions from the screen.
