How to connect shielded twisted pair cable?

Hello, I'm building a smart home. I need to take out the power and signal wire 15m from the arduino. I decided to use a shielded twisted pair cable. Do I need to connect the screen somewhere, if so, where? Is it possible to connect power and signal on one wire to different cores, or do I need to supply power through a separate wire? Can shielded wires be soldered together?

Power + common wire is already two pieces and another signal signal, a total of 3 wires.
If one twisted pair, then it is not enough.
Screen on one side to a common wire on the source side.
See wire resistance at 15 meters and load consumption. Sometimes the power may not reach due to a voltage drop on the wires.
Well, it would be nice to clarify what you are going to contact and how. Analog signal, digital, baud rate? What kind of wire is that.
