Do you need an environment for organizing access control?

It is required at the enterprise to organize access control. Basic requirements:
Feedback from turntables on the aisle.
Contactless cards or keys. Reading radius up to a meter.
Smartphone authorization
Shifts with different work schedules (profiles)
Remote opening and closing of the shift according to the time schedule =D.
Possibility of photo or video filming when the pass is activated.
Winbox type administration interface from Mikrotik. And not any nyashny ram.
Terminals readers powered by poe.
Terminals or watch software. So that you can see who used the pass and brief information.
Uploading information on attendance by an employee of the workplace for different time periods.
Feedback at the terminal with an electronic lock and a turntable.
Monitoring the unlocking of doors at the facility.
The ability to connect intercoms with authorization by fingerprint.
Remote door opening.
Required:
The software environment itself

Elementary.
These guys have FSB licenses, get ready for a decent price tag.
Not found in your city, so we are looking for a store that will deliver.
If there is hardware, then there will be software.

In principle, TimeControl works with various readers and satisfies most requirements. As for integration with video - a year ago they had the beginnings, but did not work, maybe they completed it.

Parsec can do it all.
BUT! Parsec is a platform, and all sorts of extra. shooting - already third-party software (from their partners, but nonetheless). In the situation of three years ago, they were not going to do anything with mobile phones. Maybe it showed up. GUI control, such a primitive interface - but not a shell, of course.
Not to say that it’s cheap, but I took it with work and maintenance (well, otherwise I’ll have to fix it myself later, and the time for home-made is usually higher). But only Chinese ones with very limited functionality are cheaper.
