Do you need a cash register for an online store?

I'm trying to figure out whether a cash desk is needed for an IM that accepts money from payment aggregators or through cash on delivery or through outsourcing companies .

Everyone says that the cash register is not needed. Although the law 54-FZ on KKM says ( www.consultant.ru/document/cons_doc_LAW_42359/d2fc... ):

5. Users when making settlements using electronic means of payment, which exclude the possibility of direct interaction of the buyer (client) with the user or an authorized person, and the use of devices connected to the Internet and providing the possibility of remote interaction of the buyer (client) with the user or authorized person by their person when making these settlements (hereinafter referred to as settlements using electronic means of payment on the Internet), are obliged to ensure the transfer to the buyer (client) of a cash receipt or a strict reporting form in electronic form to a subscriber number or e-mail addressspecified by the buyer (client) prior to settlement. At the same time, a cash receipt or a strict reporting form on paper is not printed by the user.

In the explanatory letter of some adviser - www.shels-m.ru/articles/zakonodatelnaya_baza/b_pis... the opposite is written:

"The effect of Law N 54-FZ does not apply to organizations and individual entrepreneurs who sell goods through the mail. This is due to the fact that postal orders are not cash payments. That is, the buyer pays with the seller through the mail, and the post office transfers money to the settlement sender's account.
Consequently, an individual entrepreneur has the right to carry out entrepreneurial activities in the field of trade in goods through postal organizations without the use of cash registers.

Where is the truth? Poke your nose at excerpts from laws and documents. Roughly speaking, justify what's what. Is it necessary to have a cash register when trading online? Or is it enough to pay, for example, 6%, from your account?

There is no need for a cash desk, since it is not you who accept the money, but the payment aggregator. And he, accordingly, sends checks to the buyer's mail.
Just pay 6% from the account, and get the documents for accounting / tax, again, from the payment aggregator.
