Good question in principle. It's hard enough to do something right now.
If you are a very qualified specialist, for example, in JS, then you can make an interesting resource on the topic, but the audience will be small, and you will not find customers in the typical sense there at all. Work - yes. Projects are unlikely.
If you are just an ordinary specialist without any subtle knowledge, there are already a lot of such blogs. These "web design trends for 2019", "Dealing with arrow functions in JS" (in 2018, seriously?) and other vysers on the medium are pretty tired. Everything is very superficial, everything is the same.

Telegram channels are gaining popularity. It’s convenient that you don’t need to create some kind of special site so that people go to it on purpose, you just post like on a social network. But this is not quite a social network either, you don’t need to be attached to photos, impressions are not dependent on leftist factors and the audience is usually very loyal, since it is already subscribed to the channel.
