Do you know how to work with video overlay?

There was a problem:
Some freak scratched the car. The house has video surveillance, but it only records for 1 week, and then, as I was told, one video is superimposed on another and essentially erases the previous one. I need an entry from 2 weeks ago, but I don't know if there's any way I can get it.
