I need full information about the possibilities of the pen in illustrator, working with layers. In general, books, in your opinion, are suitable for a person who needs to learn how to cut logos and icons :). Thank you!

I can't recommend anything from Russian books. But video tutorials, you can find good ones (on the same YouTube).
I advise you to read Vector Basic Training by Von Glitschka, the book is in English, but it raises the general level and talks about the general principles of creating beautiful vector graphics. The truth is not really for beginners.
