Intended user experience:

1. I register in the service, I get a unique URL and a token.
   
2. I go from the phone to the URL through the browser and subscribe to notifications.
   
3. I have a daemon running on my PC that periodically sends an http request with a message to the service, enclosing a token.
   
4. The service sends a push notification with a message to the phone.
