How to send push from android via firebase?

Hello! Tell me how to implement push notifications with android.
There is a site on wordpress (woocommerce), the Progressive Web-App plugin is installed, in which push notifications are sent through the firebase service. Everything is set up, everything is sent from within the plugin perfectly, but it is inconvenient to do this through the site admin panel.
With what program can this be done from an android device?
I downloaded from Google Play (not advertising): Pusher, FCM Sender, Firebase Notification Sender... but even with all the settings from firebase (different secret api keys/id, etc.) I couldn't set up a single program. Please help! Thank you!
