For some reason, advertising from a certain advertiser is not suitable for my application. Can it be blacklisted and not shown?

Yes, we can block certain advertisers at your request.
In general, we have implemented the automatic addition of "wrong" advertisers to the black list, however, not all advertising networks support this functionality.
