Do you have a picture hosting script for your forum?

Good afternoon!
I have a forum and, naturally, often users need to upload and show their pictures.
I installed the free version of Chevereto 2.5 on a subdomain. Pictures are immediately resized to the width of the forum (640), an embed code is issued, everything seems to be fine.
But users rebelled and say that 640 pixels in 2014 is a mockery))
Actually the question is:
I am looking for a script that can also be installed to myself and which will do this: if the image is less than 640 in width, then leave it as it is. And if more, then make a picture 640 and in it a link to the widescreen version. To this I will connect, for example, lightbox and then large pictures will open beautifully from the forum pages.
Is there such a script? Can be paid. Of course, you also need batch downloads and work with mobile / iPads.
