Is there an external reliable hosting for storing images?

Hello!
I'm doing a blogging project, users can post images. I don’t want to insert from external sources for reasons of security, storage, etc. Therefore, I would like the images to be stored with us, but firstly, there are a lot of problems with potential vulnerabilities, and secondly, the host is heavily loaded with a huge number of images.
Therefore, the question arose, is there any hosting that stores images for as long as possible and which has an api?
