Do you get a bill from Amazon every month?
Friends, help out.
A few months ago I set up a VPN on Amazon. Then, as unnecessary, it was abandoned. But early next month I received a bill for less than a dollar for using Amazon Elastic Compute Cloud. I paid the bill, went to the console and deleted everything there, cleaned it. As it seemed to me. But the next month again the bill. For the same amount. In general, for a couple of months now I can’t understand why I’m crying.
I downloaded the Usage report and there:
AmazonEC2
CreateVolume
USW2-EBS:VolumeUsage
01/01/13 00:00:00
01/01/13 01:00:00
8589934592
I just went through all the points again, it seems that I have nothing there, but I don’t understand what CreateVolume VolumeUsage is.
There is only one Security Group left, but what does it have to do with it?
In general, I ask for help.

What strange questions, in the Amazon console you can click Account Activity, there is a full transcript of what they charge for, plus reports in PDF.
A similar situation, and not only looked through and turned off everything that was, but also deleted all the bindings from the cards, and still, once a month, an attempt is made to write off money. Moreover, the console itself in which there was an instance simply does not open now.
You are looking in the wrong region, obviously in another you still have an EBS volume created, look at the account activity as mentioned above.
