In general, somehow I tried to register an account in ABC, but I couldn’t pass the verification, then the verification passed and the money was withdrawn (1 dollar), but the account was closed, I wrote to the support, they opened it, after opening I saw that I was subscribed to everything Services. The question is whether there will be any write-offs from the account if I did not use any of the products.

What about all services? If you go to Glacier or Elastic Transcoder there will not be an inscription that you need to enable this service?
On the aws.amazon.com/ website, if you log in at the top of the My Account/console menu, there is an Account Activity item - there is almost real-time billing (with a delay of several hours)
