Is it possible to use amazon cloud storage as a CDN? What peak load will it withstand if small videos are uploaded from it to the site?

Many have come across that S3 slowly gives traffic around the world. The cheapest CDN solution right now is from Selectel, they offer Akamai CDN at the price of file storage
