By buying a top-end processor, you provide yourself with good performance, there is a difference between the AMD FX-8350 and i7-3770, and they fluctuate from a specific test, if you take the load on one core, then no doubt intel wins, multithreading is already the work of AMD. So there is not much difference here, the performance on both processors is at a good level, here you already look at the pocket, if it allows, then 3770 otherwise 8350. And do not forget for what purposes to choose a processor, for example, if for editing, video encoding, then it is definitely intel with Intel® Quick Sync Video Technology. (+ On intel it will be possible to install a Hackintosh system without jambs, unlike AMD)
Video card, at the expense of optimization, there is such a thing, some games are written for video cards def. manufacturer, in most cases it is nvidia.
HDD? Are you seriously? ONLY SSD! Well, to be honest, the Samsung HDD factory bought seagate 2 years ago, and you need to choose according to the spindle speed, buffer size.
The monitor is not selected by brand, but by characteristics, IPS 1920X1080 is the standard. Now, in my opinion, AOC and Phillips have good monitors
