Do the wires from the periphery deteriorate if they are twisted together?
There was a dispute about the benefits and harms of folding the wires that come with the charger\mouse\headphones and other peripherals. Of course, if you twist them at the junction of the connector with the wire, then over time the rubber sheath frays and the wire breaks, losing its protection. But what about folding in the same way as the manufacturer? Will it break in the middle just from being twisted in a circle?

No, it won't break.
For example, we produce wires designed for similar conditions according to GOST 7399-97, which must withstand at least 15,000 bending cycles with a radius of 60 mm (see 4.1.5.1). This GOST does not apply to mice, but the wires used are quite similar and I do not think that the requirements in foreign standards are softer than in ours.
Yes, they are spoiled. Yes, it will break.
But how fast is another question, it depends on how to twist and fold. Some manage to ditch the wires so quickly - only a diva is given!
Of course, it will break sooner or later, but you should not worry about it, the device itself will die / become obsolete earlier.
