In general, I dropped a flashlight on the floor. It's called "Bright Beam LA-0". Charging indicator lights up when plugged in. The diodes also light up when the switch is moved. In disassembly, all contacts are intact. And it doesn't light up at all...

If it does not light up without charging, there is a problem with the battery. Or fell off or died from the blow, there is no third way.
Take a multimeter, measure the voltage on the battery. If zero, change the battery.
