Do such network drives exist?

There is a TV with an excellent built-in media player, but without network support, DLNA and other things. There is no desire to purchase a media player, since this is an additional remote control and why stand idle for what is already there? There is a need for access from the TV to a certain amount of video content and I'm tired of carrying a shuttle flash drive from the PC to the TV and back.
Are there network drives (having RJ-45 and USB interfaces) that could be available for writing files over the network and at the same time could be connected to the TV via USB so that the TV recognizes the drive as a mass storage device? That is, so that I can keep the drive constantly connected to the TV and at any time over the network merge content onto it?
If there are specific models, I will be very grateful.

Tsunami e-DATA 3500 NAS. I do not know if a simultaneous connection is possible, but most likely it is.
