Do such courses exist?

I have been working as a web developer for two years. After this time, I came to the conclusion that the knowledge of new technologies and frameworks is mostly learned during practice, smoking bare theory is useless at all.
In this regard, an idea / question appeared.
Are there any similar manuals / books / courses in which some kind of application is visually created that uses the fullest possible functionality of the technology.
Now all of them are used as practice using small and often revealing examples for one side, but it would be cool to see a Huge application that reveals all the functionality.
In the process of writing, I am inspired by angular and react.
The request to you is to point the junior to such resources, if any, or just discuss this topic.

You can look at a slightly different genre - screencasts. Very often, the authors record some series on YouTube, like “we create the same application on such and such a framework”. Helps to understand the technology and pump English.
PS I myself also studied at some self-made PHP course, where the dude worked with the database without any good PDOs, but in a procedural style. Videos helped to enter the technology.

Well, it's like hanging a picture on the wall using every possible tool in your drawer (although all you need is a hammer).
It is impossible to put one task at once under the full potential of technology.
You can only show HelloWorld! (quick start) and any ambiguous points, the use of which differs from most.
Now all of them are used as practice using small and often revealing examples for one side
But I agree with you that examples (after reviewing the functionality and API) should be FINISHED PRODUCTS: from the moment of the idea to the output to production.
