Do quotation marks in the title of an article affect search results in Google and Yandex?
There is an article about the football team with the title:
"Spartak-Primorye" beat their rivals before the Super League championship.
We are currently working on SEO-optimization of this article and we would like the material to appear as high as possible in the search results for the query "Spartak". Therefore, the question is - will the quotes in the title of the article affect the issue in Google and Yandex? Maybe it's worth writing without quotes, like this:
Spartak-Primorye beat their rivals before the Super League championship.
PS I would be grateful if you would at least briefly argue your answer, thanks!

The more accurately the Title (and other parts of HTML markup) convey the meaning of the content, the better for search engines.
The rest is not your task: the search engine will sort out all the punctuation marks during indexing and search queries.
If they are needed, then:
Use Christmas tree quotes "" (Alt + 0171, Alt + 0187), or quotes on html -"
