What is the best way to organize the url structure for an online store?
What is the best way to make urls in an online store?
Flat:
/catalog/odezda
/catalog/kurtki
Or nested:
/catalog/odezda/kurtki
And if there are filters by brands, colors, and so on.
Is it worth giving these pages to the index and what kind is better to make these urls?
/catalog/odezda?brand=nike&color=red
/catalog/odezda/brand-nike/color-red
maybe there are some other options?
And what structure should the goods have.
/product/
Or within categories?
/catalog/odezda/kurtki/model-

On the one hand, nested urls are good. Especially if there are a lot of products and categories. The more logical the site structure looks to the user, the better (including for search engines). In addition, the use of nested URLs allows you to more effectively promote some specific groups of requests.
BUT, on the other hand, always remember that the nesting should not be too large, otherwise the urls become wild and confusing, which is not user friendly. By the way, if the word catalog in your example is not of particular value, it is better to remove this nesting.
About brands and colors
Although there are exceptions here too. For clothing stores, queries such as "printed white t-shirts" can attract additional traffic if there is a corresponding page on the site. To do this, some stores use tags, selecting them from the interest of users. Look at the example of Wikimart - brands are represented by URLs, and popular filters and additional queries are displayed by tags.
ps If the url is for the user, it's better to do it in the usual way, leave the parameters for filters that are not intended for indexing.
amazon
http://www.amazon.com/whateveryouwant/dp/(?P\d+)/
If store users know how to use the string, then you need to build a logical structure
If not, then internal linking should have a greater effect, those are a bunch of links to related and so on products
