Do I understand correctly that only iPhone 8 or even 6s is enough for development?

In my opinion, the iPhone used to run its applications should:
- have the latest version of iOS , because due to the wealth of users, everything is updated, besides, backward compatibility is very doubtful here, Apple has always liked drastic changes in their OS
- and even better not to have, but to be able to update to it, and from the factory settings to have an older version , suddenly needed in some project.

So from Wikipedia on this topic, we can conclude that:
- only iPhone 8 is suitable , even without Plus. The maximum iOS is 13 (latest), the minimum is 11 .
- and if you take an even older and cheaper iPhone 6s , then it will not be squalor, but rather an ultimate for a novice developer. After all, the maximum is again 13 , and the minimum is only 9 . You won't find a better toy for developers!

But is it really so?
1) What exactly is the iPhone 8 missing from development standards?
2) Maybe there are some hardware features , the absence of which does not allow you to normally test applications and games?
3) Even more interesting: what is missing from the iPhone 6s? (Well, apart from the fact that in terms of maximum iOS, it is about that.)
4) Couldn't this savings go sideways, in particular due to the more expensive MacBook that will be needed to develop for this OS (although very unlikely) ? Or something else?
5) How are these cost-saving developers treated in this environment? How many colleagues believe that the iPhone should be top-end or at least average, but not like this?

for development under yaos, first of all, you need a macos.
and when it comes to getting started/learning, a simulator is enough to cover most of the tasks.
a real piece of iron is needed for tests and for developing features that are not available in the simulator .
the six should be taken only if it is cheap and only if it is updated soon.

there are special VPS with remote desktop, I think they are able to install the application on an iPhone
you think correctly.
only the cost per year will be at least half the price of a new mac mini or a fully used mac mini or a new hackintosh.
And Chromium to collect under macOS - how is it in general?
as everybody.
or chromium in particular and any chromium-like browsers for Macs are magically born?
Will there be an option... to copy and paste from the clipboard in the SSH client? Suddenly, right? This OS is primarily for all sorts of designers, and yes, it is very sudden for her.
I copy/paste fine.
yes, suddenly nowhere else.
What about Fiddler on a Mac?

I don't understand... Why didn't the simulator please you?)
You will need a real iPhone only in cases where you need a physical device, for example, a camera.
As a developer, here's my only advice to you after going through your list of questions...
Better invest in an Apple iMac, Mac, Macbook and never regret it)).
Pay attention to working memory. I sometimes even get 16 clogged.
