Do I understand correctly that if I disable JavaScript in tor, my ISP and the destination server will not be able to find out my system time?

I'm wondering if my ISP can know my system time when I use tor (I know about the destination server) And if I turn off JavaScript, then my browser will not transmit information about the system time?
