I wondered whether it was worth making up each one, or it was possible to make up one typical one and that's all, since each of them does not differ much from the other.

If the templating of letters occurs on the server side, then a single file is more convenient for understanding the structure. If the code of letters without templates will be inserted "as is", then the second option, of course, is more convenient.
