The mailing should work on your server - pay once and then send as many letters as you need.
For this reason, services such as Mailchimp, Smartrespodner are not suitable.
We are considering options such as interspire.com.

Sending mass mailings from your servers is not the easiest and most enjoyable experience. There are not so few nuances as it might seem at first glance. Speed, deliverability, server performance, resolving issues with mail services, etc.
If Yandex or Mail.ru starts sending your emails to spam (or not delivering them at all), then you will have to spend weeks communicating with their support. Of course, you can change the server IP address and return email address each time, but do you need to do this?
Don't try to reinvent the wheel. Stop at Mailchimp. You don't need a Mandrill. It is intended for sending transactional emails, not mass mailings. With a strong desire, of course, you can use it to send mass mailings, but Mailchimp developed it for other purposes.

We have 1 website, 10,000 subscribers and a couple of newsletters a month in total. Let's say no more than 50,000 emails sent. For this we need a distribution. With opensource, programmers dug in, got tired of it, then fell, then letters were not delivered, then the Im-server was blacklisted. Therefore, we think that it is easier to buy a license even for 500USD and not waste your time.

Firstly, there is a very simple interface, it is easy to understand, and secondly, it has flexible settings for bypassing spam filters.
