Do I need to specify mit license in server files?

Licenses for software and other works

Mit license on the web page. I found the css code under the mit license. I specified the license in index.php and in a123.css and in 1q.js. I also have about 10 purely server files 1.php, 2.php they are not visible when you look at the page code. In these files, should I specify the mit license?
