After installing Windows 10, I tried to activate it with the popular pirated software from Ratiborus, but something didn’t work out and I had to buy a license. Now I'm thinking whether it's worth reinstalling the OS, because. who knows what this executable actually is, requiring administrator rights to work. Or is it enough to check the system with a commercial antivirus or Windows Defender?

Ratiborus works great. If from off site or tracker norms, then there should be no questions.
If the system behaves normally, Run the antivirus and calm down

The best thing is to roll back the OS in different versions, I would choose the option without saving your personal files and installed programs - it's something like an OS from scratch, naturally personal files such as documents, music, etc. do before "rollback" copies on for example USB / shku.
