Hello. In modern sites, is it worth pinning the header to the top so that it is always in sight? I do not like this trend, but colleagues say that this is the right thing to do. The header height is 50px.

Such headers always annoy me, because they usually reduce the speed of redrawing the screen when scrolling and the page looks sluggish. IMHO enough in the upper right or lower corner of the button with two or three horizontal stripes or dots, which will open the top or side right navigation bar.

I have on one site, there is a loose menu, people go, scroll right there below, and then they don’t understand what to do next, how to go where.
