Do I need to have a hard drive labeled Active?

I had a question, I recently installed a 2nd HDD, got into disk management through the control panel and saw that it was the main one, but my old hard drives (SSD for OS and 1TB HDD for files) have an ACTIVE subscript.
Well, here's the question, do I need my new HDD to be with an Active addition?
As far as I understand, such a term means that the system is loaded from this hard drive.
In general... I would be grateful for enlightenment

A hard disk does not and cannot have such a characteristic, this is a characteristic of a partition, not a disk.
The set activity flag indicates that the OS can be loaded from this partition.
