Our organization is engaged in the installation of power supply (electricity, lighting, etc.) at the moment, one of our clients (private client, property premises) has a need for a complete re-equipment of the power supply of a warehouse of 3000 square meters, we have not yet encountered such volumes.
The question is, is it necessary to hand over this system to Rostekhnadzor and call a testing laboratory for testing?
If so, on what basis? And where exactly?

I understand that this question is over 3 years old. But since it is still shown, I will try to answer. There is a limitation that affects the need to show the electrical installation in the PTN. Now, in 2017, RTN must show electrical installations with a capacity of 100 kW or more or with a power supply category of at least 2nd. I hope I don't confuse. I saw the requirements of grid companies to show new electrical installations in RTN with power below 100 watts and category below 3rd. Why they asked so much, I don't know.
