Do I need to create a separate profile on social networks with an imitation of a fanatical attitude to work?

Do I need to create a special business profile for work, where you are photographed in classic clothes, subscribe to thematic publics at work, and leave everything else for a closed fake account that employers would not find?
After all, now it seems like everyone needs full involvement in the work.
Many employers ask for links to social networks and explicitly hint that a person should devote all his time (even free time) only to work and not have other interests.
The question is not on my part (I'm fine with this), that's why I'm asking, is it really like this now? The wife often encounters this and says that now it has already become some kind of unhealthy trend in employment.
As a result, many create such fake accounts in jackets, and sometimes without personal photos at all, and everything is reserved only for work. Reposts on the topic of work, publics on the topic of work, etc. Is such an imitation of involvement in the case necessary?
After all, we are all people - and it seems like everyone should understand that we are not doing just one thing. We have many hobbies, we relax, sometimes we drink beer with friends, we go fishing, we play in musical groups. For most people, social networks are dedicated to their hobbies, and not work at all. And this does not say anything about professionalism - why then do employers ask for links to accounts at all? And they often ask for links to Instagram. What do they want to see there? Posts about programming? Why does HR need it?
And it also happens that many are surprised that you do NOT blog by profession in the same Instagram. Like, everyone should now be present on the social network as a specialist, a personal brand, all things.
What do you think about this? HR's went headlong? Or did it just seem that way?

Yes, you thought.
Nobody asks for links to social networks.
In any case, nothing prevents me from saying that I do not have a social media account.
Although, it is quite possible to leave a link to Linkedin, Github or stackoverflow social networks, I am there

As a result, many create such fake accounts in jackets, and sometimes without personal photos at all, and everything is reserved only for work. Reposts on the topic of work, publics on the topic of work, etc.

This is now a clinic. Tell these people not to do that again. An account where everything about work says that a person has problems with his head, or that this is a fake account. In reality, such people do not exist. Except for Elon Musk, where he constantly writes only about work;)
