Where to find work for beginners?

Good day to all! My friend and I are starting to learn web development, he is engaged in design, I am in layout. We are studying, we want to find some kind of job in this area, we are ready to work on enthusiasm, for the sake of learning, gaining experience and filling the portfolio. It would be desirable to find the person who will be able to throw up "work".
Is it possible and where to find such a person?

It would be desirable to find the person who will be able to throw up "work".

The problem is that there are a lot of people like you, and even more, there are those who want to work for free, just to gain experience. Therefore, you need to prove to a potential employer that you are better than others, not by dumping prices, but by presenting yourself. Stuff your portfolio with good work. 5-6 works, and you already stand out from the rest. Learn to write responses to orders (cover letter). Find one more person in the team who will pull your layout on the CMS, because. Freelance clean layout is less common, and you risk losing some of the orders.
There are a lot of intermediaries/studios working on freelance who can just give you a stream of orders, but you need to convince them that you are reliable professionals.

I can throw a " work " and an article for inspiration . For a start, it seems to me.
Well, you can also practice on your own. A portfolio can be made from your own ideas and work. Use online editors like jsfiddle, learn design programs like Figma, AI, etc., preprocessors, libraries, frameworks, etc.

The best way for you is the internal schools of large companies.
Firstly, you are still at least a little there, but they will learn a little, and secondly, they will be employed in this company after graduation.
Students there are very fond of, in contrast to the more adult contingent.
But yes, the first six months you will have to go there, study and work for free. Or maybe not six months.
