I'm laughing at something. You used to want to be a joon . It is good that you have moderated your ambitions over the past two-plus years. True, not to the end - well, yes, that's okay, in another two years you will probably mature to the realization of the fact that you will never be a programmer. Hence, by the way, the answer to the directly asked question is that you do not need any knowledge. Calm down and go work in a taxi.

And I will not move a person. Interested - flag in hand. Anything in life happens - what's the deal?
On the topic: for trainee it will be enough to go through the material on learn.javascript.ru with the solution of examples under each lesson + make some kind of small project of your own.
Another question is who needs trainee now.

I don't know what trainee should know, but here is the link to my github. I've been looking for an internship for 3 months now, over 100 job applications with no experience requirements - not a single invitation to tech support. Something like this.

For a company to be able to afford to hire an intern, it must have the resources to do so.
Small companies usually do not.
Interns are mainly students who have graduated or are currently graduating from a given specialty.
An internship is essentially a selection of imbs who have the potential and a lot of theoretical knowledge, but no practical experience and teamwork.
I do not advise you to think in this direction.
Now about programming.
To deal with it, you need to tumble in a lot of time - a day at the time of study, since there are just a million cases, ranging from simple to complex templates, which, moreover, you still need to know where to apply.
Go through the first chapters of any book on js for beginners and of course master at least some level of working with the DOM.
Then try to write a simple application - an example of a game in which you can bet and, depending on the random value, win or lose. Improve it a little, but without perfectionism.
The key is that at the time you start developing this application, you should not know how to write it,
during the process you should be apologetic and make small discoveries for yourself.
And so on until you reach applications that could be at least useful to someone.
In between development, take time and finish learning the theory, at least a week out of a month.
And that's all before the frameworks!
And maybe then you will get an offer after a free trial period.
I advise you to hurry up, as soon, if not already, the framework will be the minimum base when receiving an offer.
It's tough, but it will work.
You may be lucky in another way, but you should not hope.

To become a trainee, you need to stand out from 300 of the same trainees and juniors. You need to be able to typeset, solve basic tasks in JavaScript, well, it's like when you can run through an array or an object, or at least google it. know React, it's even better if hooks, functions, well, like a modern approach. Even cooler is knowing redux or mobx. It’s quite good to know TS in addition, but I don’t think this is a trainee anymore. Well, to be a good person pleasant in communication. And I remember at my old job there seemed to be smart guys, but someone with a dirty head, someone just didn’t communicate interestingly, in the end they chose a pleasant person to communicate with and he learned everything that was needed, and by the way, he still works there successfully
