Do I need to copy repositories from my organization profile?

Decided to change jobs. There are several projects that were mostly done by me, but the repository was made in the organization's account, and not in my own. Here is the question. Should I copy my projects to my account, or other people, by going to my profile, will be able to see everything they need?
I ask because I want to show my github account at interviews.
