Hello everyone, the question is this: I reinstalled Ubuntu on the machine, ticked the box using LVM during installation. As a result, the following partitions came out:
/ dev / sda1 - 236 Mb (mount point / boot) ext2 file system,
and accordingly everything else in / dev / sda2 extended - 300 Gb, in which / dev / sda5 - lvm2 pv (ubuntu- vg) the same 300Gb. Do I need to allocate space for the download file in this case, and if so, how to edit the LVM partition? Thank you.
