Do I need a provincial higher IT education?

The situation is as follows:
I graduated from an IT college, after which my parents insisted (I did not want to) to enter a technical university. In the hope that I would like it - I left the first year for a fee and for some personal reasons picked up a bunch of debts in the last semester, after that I wanted to go to part-time - it did not work out because of debts, because of doubts about leaving, I took an academic leave .
During my sabbatical leave, I tried myself in the frontend and went away for a six-month study at epam, because the issue of higher education has not been resolved - I stopped continuing to rush to the position of a junior in this company (but I didn’t stop studying on my own, taking various courses) .
Now the question is -should I continue my studies, starting from the second year, or just go to work with only secondary specialized IT behind me?
Some additional data:
1. At the moment I am 22 years old, I have to study for another 3 years for a fee (and the first course has already been paid, leaving means that ~ 100k rubles fly away, but I will save even more).
2. The university has accreditation and is recognized (for example, in Germany).
3. I don’t see the logic if I want to work in the frontend - why not study the frontend, and not dig a bunch of shit at the university, it’s also paid, I don’t mind learning, but I would like it to be at least high quality and useful, absolutely everything is useful and of high quality, and not to walk and sit out your pants for the offset.
4. There is an option to transfer to correspondence, but you will have to go in person for a year (with which I categorically disagree), because they do not transfer with debts.
5. The university is weak. I really didn't like the "training" at the university from the very beginning.
Now I sincerely hate this education system and this university.
6. It's not that I graduated only from the first year and that this is not an indicator, I talked with those who are in the last year - everything is very bad.
7. I think that for the possession of a "crust" this is too expensive a price - to spend another 3 years of precious time and a pack of parental money.
P. S  Those who believe that the university teaches how to study, that it sets the brain in the right way - just do not write about it here please.

Author, you ask the generation (30+ years), in which almost all of the "intelligent" families received a tower, otherwise it was simply inadequate at that time. Naturally, the majority will not admit to others and to themselves that no useful knowledge has been gained in 5 years. I left the 5th year of a prestigious Moscow university and am very glad that I completed my studies almost to the end - now I know for sure that they don’t teach anything there and stories about “special subjects will begin in senior years” - these are stories. Universities for programmers are a business on parents, that's all. Arguments of university lovers:
- some large companies where the passage is closed without a crust - if you are a normal specialist, you yourself choose where you work, you can generally make your own products / plugins / games / lessons and sell, receiving passive income
- moving abroad - see point 1, if the company needs you, you will be moved. Only it is often more profitable to work remotely
- knowledge - in fact, this is drawing, matan, physics, cultural studies, physical education, economics, ecology, philosophy and some C # and SQL at a level that a 10-year-old child will master in 2 weeks (without exaggeration).
- "teaches to learn" - rather, the university taught me to drink and write off, by the way, I recommend taking exams on tickets with an earpiece in my ear and another on the wire, the thrill

spend another 3 years of precious time and a bundle of parental money.

First, your time is worth nothing.
Secondly, why are you so sure that in these three years you will earn at least as much as would be enough to pay for your studies?
Thirdly, then you still have to go for the crust. Don't quit.

Those who believe that the university teaches how to study, that it sets the brain in the right way - just do not write about it here, please.

Those who think that this is not the case go into freelancing, sit there and slap around until the age of 30, after 30 they suddenly see the light and start whining that they were deceived and there are no easy-to-get extra salaries in IT at all.
What you really want from us is not to answer the question. In fact, you have already made a decision, and you want to hear confirmation from us that it is correct. Well, figs to you.
Do you want to go slapping now? You are welcome. Thousands of people just like you are sitting on the upwork earning a doshik. If you want to drive yourself into a dead end - drive. Perhaps you will be able to become a freelance genius, to which they sign up for six months. If not - there was a similar question recently - a dude at the age of 30 asked how he is now going on?
Just don’t say that 30 years is the devil knows when it will be. It will be much sooner than you think. And life won't end.
The university does not provide up-to-date knowledge. From the word at all. The educational bureaucracy is such that a university can only give eternal timeless classics and teach the methodology of mastering knowledge.
The decision in any case is yours.
- With education, you will be taken wherever you can get through
- Without education, your destiny is freelancing and small offices, which are usually put on the presence of a tower. There is no easy and quick money
in IT . If you wanted this - I will disappoint you.

in some companies they want people "with a crust", and they often do not care what kind of crust - even in animal husbandry.
without a diploma, you will reduce the number of available vacancies.

Why does a programmer need mathematics?
education is needed,
but the university, of course, should be with a history of
at least the 70s, and preferably pre-war (well, pre-revolutionary)

wasdplay , That is, you could not reach the position of a junior in six months of training at EPAM?
I don't think you should be asking questions on the toaster.
To the main questions - why are there debts at the university, and why is it so difficult to finish my studies or get a job - you say "don't ask, I have personal reasons" No one will tell you what to do if it is not clear what you are and who you are. You may have personal secret reasons for not doing something.

Unfortunately, there is no objective answer to this question, you must make such a decision for yourself (or have already taken it). Each option has its pros and cons, the main thing for the employer is that you bring him income and recoup investments, and where you are and how you studied is no longer important, there are of course companies where you need a diploma, state ones, for example, but who wants to work there)?
