Added records, SPF, DKIM, DMARC for the domain, but when scanning, it says that there are no such records. Need to wait for a DNS update?

Certainly. But usually new entries are immediately visible. Depends on the servers.

If a record is added, then it is usually available immediately after it is uploaded by the DNS host to the server database. If the entry is changed, then you may have to wait for the time specified in the TTL of the entry.
