Do I have the correct RAM frequency?

There is a bar HyperX Fury 4gb 1333MHz. Through CPU-Z I found out that the RAM frequency is 666MHz. Is it normal? If not, how to fix?

1333/2=666
i.e. the actual frequency is twice the clocked frequency.
But overclocking to at least 1600 will not be superfluous (if the motherboard allows).
