Do google, kaspersky, and others have their own security services?

Have you seen any information on how to arrange security in a software company? In the understanding of the raiders - programmers-designers zadroty tidbit. And the turnover is sometimes indecently large. I did not find, in principle, the information on the subject. For example, design studios or large game companies - there are hundreds of millions of dollars. Are they all under the roof? Hmm.

There is an opinion that Kaspersky does not have a security service, but vice versa.

I think you lumped together a lot of different concepts.
Raiding against software companies is nonsense. Raiding is usually associated with the capture of tangible assets, not technology and brains. An employee is easier to buy than to capture.
There are always security services (SB) in large companies, very often in medium ones, in small ones - depending on the turnover and paranoia of the owner / manager. But as a rule, security issues are divided into areas and partially delegated to other structures. So, for example, the Security Service of a company deals with the physical security of employees and the protection of financial values, network security - with administrators, administrative and legal problems - with the legal department. Leakage of employees is handled by the personnel department, etc. All this is supervised by the deputy. security director.
Other configurations are also possible.

Well, they will take over the company, so what?
you change passwords on servers on the Internet - and that's it, they've arrived.
and domains in general on the private person, for example, are got.
the brand can also be separated into a separate firm.
raiders need expensive things that can be quickly sold off for a decent amount.
for example, real estate.
in this sense, a plant with workshops in the city center that has been rotting since Soviet times is of interest to raiders 1000 times more
than an IT company with a turnover of 10 billion. per month.

First, there is the police.
I think that you simply do not know what raiding is and are talking about racketeering. This is the duty of the police.
Secondly, you do not believe that these hundreds of millions, as in the film, are in piles in a safe?
In general, in the context of the question being asked, it is absolutely the same as equipping the security of even a software company, even a printing house, even outsourcing accounting. Even in the most ordinary supermarket for a criminal, the main trouble is by no means the movers or controllers of the trading floor.

I think the author still meant not exactly the seizure of tangible assets, but the capture of the brand and ways to protect himself from this. But you still need to grow to this level (I mean the level of the brand).

Of course there is, if you are talking about information security. Each more or less large company has admins who perform this function.
