Do all sites slow down today due to telegram blocking?

I noticed on my sites, where there is something from google, such as analytics, sites are loaded in 10 seconds.
What can I do to stop the site from loading. Google itself works, but not completely, for example, YouTube does not work, play market, maps. Apparently, and analytics too.
