At the beginning of the summer, my brother's developer account on Google Play was suspended for one of the applications not complying with their Terms of Use, and my adSense account was linked to his account for withdrawal of funds (that's it). As a result, my account was blocked as well. Correspondence regarding a developer account with the Google Play Team ended with the phrase: “We will not be restoring your account.” I grieved, but since I didn’t use it much, I scored. Recently - after the expiration of the linked card - it turned out that this also led to the blocking of my checkout account (wallet) and now I can not buy applications. An attempt to log into Google Wallet leads me to the verification page, I go through it, I receive a letter that, they say, we checked your account, the reason for blocking is a violation of our Terms, your account is blocked.
Maybe someone had a similar experience? Is it possible to somehow unlock the wallet account?
