Do ads with the same text and a backlink negatively affect positions in the search engine?

Good morning?
Posted ads on various sites with the same text and backlink. Approximately 500 ads. Placement did manually 2 months.
Does this negatively affect the position of the site?
I just see that the visits through the search engine have almost halved, and now I think it's because of the ads or something else.
