Look, when we delegate a domain to, say, Yandex servers, we write :
dns1.yandex.ru
dns2.yandex.ru
ru, because it is also delegated to some servers. When we prescribe IP instead of a domain, everything is clear.
But if I want to make my own dns-server, and it will have addresses, for example, ns1.site.ru and ns2.site.ru, then I need to delegate the domain to a third-party dns-server or register the IP of my servers?
Totally stuck....
